Best Ramen in Kenner

Some of the best ramen I've ever had, and I would give them 6 stars for service. The staff was wonderful. Their hot green tea was splendid. The tonkotsu broth was among the best I've ever tasted, and the owner confirmed for me that it's made in house the traditional way which I know from experience is very time consuming and requires much experience to produce.

Genuinely one of the best places I've found that still serves amazing food with generous portions at low prices. The guy who takes my order is always super nice and gives prompt service. I don't know what that other person is complaining about, because I've been here 6 times in two weeks without a single complaint. All the dishes are worth trying, and they're so reasonably priced that you'd be a fool not to. Hangout Express has the best ramen in Kenner hands-down.

I'll add to the chorus loving this place. It was terrific. They are smart and keep the menu small. There are three choices (the online men points out there is a vegetarian option that is off menu). We had the black garlic and pork tonkatsu and both were fabulous. The pork tonkatsu broth was thick and rich and absolutely delicious. What else to say? It was fantastic. We also had the pulled pork buns which were really nice. Overall a fabulous place.

Food? 10. Kuro is my favorite and I have eaten here when they had a little closet of a restaurant on the other side of Magazine. Service? 10. Fast and sweet. Ambiance? 10. Small and cozy with a few indoor tables and a few booths.
